I almost thought about giving a good review, but their housekeeping service is non existent. After requesting cleaning, I returned to a room untouched. Also, breakfast invoices? Forget it. The staff clearly don’t want to deal with that. I expected an upgrade for my troubles, but I guess that was too much to ask. How disappointing!

The room was comfortable in terms of the bed, bathroom, and air conditioning.

Unfortunately, the fridge malfunctioned, ruining our groceries. The overall cleanliness was a concern, as the toilet was dirty upon arrival. Additionally, the area surrounding the hotel felt unkempt and unsatisfactory.

The Superior Studio was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with cooking utensils, a microwave, and a refrigerator. It was conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance from Brussels Midi station, making it perfect for my business needs. The staff were attentive, enhancing the overall experience with their welcoming demeanor. I appreciated the comfortable bed and ample amenities, which contributed to a productive stay.

Loved the well-equipped kitchenette and clean space! The staff were super helpful, and I enjoyed the breakfast waffles too. Great spot if you need a home base near the train station.

Great stay with friends! The location made it easy to explore local spots. We visited the Royal Library of Belgium and had an awesome time. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was super friendly. Definitely loved our stay and would recommend it for group trips.

Breakfast was tasty, especially the waffles. The hotel prioritizes safety, with secure access. Only minor things like more tea and coffee would’ve been perfect.

Had an amazing stay! The breakfast was to die for with those waffles. Plus, I loved the spacious shower and comfy beds, but the area felt a bit sketchy at night. Would definitely return!
